Common Issues & Questions
Make sure MetaTrader 5 is installed and has been opened at least once. In the app, go to Accounts → Add Account and click Auto-Detect MT5. If it still fails, manually browse to your MT5 installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 5).
After the app installs the EA, open MT5 and press F5 to refresh the Navigator panel. Then drag TV_Copier from the Expert Advisors list onto any chart. Make sure "Allow Algo Trading" is enabled in MT5 settings.
Check the following: (1) The app is running and the server shows "Running" status. (2) The webhook URL in your TradingView alert matches the URL in the app. (3) The EA is attached to a chart and algo trading is enabled. (4) Check the app's Logs tab for any error messages.
This usually happens if your PC goes to sleep. Go to Windows Power Settings and set "Put the computer to sleep" to Never while trading. You can also restart the tunnel from the app's Settings tab.
