1. License
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on your own Windows computer(s) for your own trading activities. The number of MetaTrader 5 accounts you may connect depends on the plan purchased (Starter: 1 account; Pro: unlimited accounts).
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Software or your license key
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- Share your license with others outside your own household
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
3. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. TradingView Copier Pro is an execution tool only — it does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.
You are solely responsible for all trading decisions, risk management, and any losses incurred while using the Software. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the Software does not work with your MT5 broker or TradingView setup, email us within 30 days of purchase at davidosmithintl@gmail.com for a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are not available after 30 days or if the Software has been used to execute live trades for more than 30 days.
5. Updates & Support
- Starter plan: 6 months of free updates included.
- Pro plan: Lifetime updates and priority email support included.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change features of the Software at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingView Copier Pro and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, or broker connectivity issues.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all source code, design, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of TradingView Copier Pro.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
